What is the difference between a supplier audit and a quality inspection?
A supplier audit assesses the supplier itself: its existence, facilities, organization and, depending on the selected level, its capabilities and quality practices. A quality inspection focuses on the products and production, according to the criteria defined for the assignment.
When should a quality inspection be carried out?
The inspection can be organized during production or before shipment, depending on production progress and the risks to be checked. The most appropriate timing is agreed with you before the assignment.
In which regions of China do you operate?
ANMAIDONG can work with suppliers throughout China. Travel within the Shanghai area is included depending on the assignment; outside this area, necessary expenses are approved with you and re-invoiced at actual cost, with no markup.
When will we receive the report?
The report is generally delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the intervention. It is provided as a PDF and brings together findings, photographs and information useful to your decision-making.
